Daniel Giannini, President

Dan Giannini is a crude oil professional with more than a decade of experience in crude oil and natural gas marketing, trading and operations, spanning the midstream rail, trucking, maritime, and pipeline sectors. Prior to serving as President of Bridger Logistics, Mr. Giannini held the role of SVP & Chief Marketing Officer, managing a variety of large-scale crude oil supply and marketing contracts. He previously worked as Director of Crude Oil Marketing at Concord Energy, LLC, and prior to that as Area Manager for Enserco Energy, Inc. Mr. Giannini holds a bachelors degree and MBA from California State University.


Les Patterson, Senior Vice President, Pipelines and Terminals

An industry veteran, Les Patterson possesses nearly three decades of oil and gas industry experience. He manages operations, construction, safety and business development for Bridger's wastewater disposal, pipelines, and crude oil terminals business segments. Mr. Patterson previously worked as Director of EHS&C at EMS USA, Inc., where he oversaw all construction, procurement, safety and operations. Prior to EMS, Mr. Patterson held senior leadership positions at Starcon International, TEPSCO and C-Entry Constructors. His combined experience in construction, operations, business development, and safety distinguish him amongst his peers.


Guillermo Grossi, Vice President, Crude Oil Marketing

Mr. Grossi possesses more than a decade of crude oil and natural gas trading and marketing experience, with a particular focus on crude-by-rail and trucking logistics. Prior to joining Bridger, Mr. Grossi served as Director of Crude Oil Marketing and Business Development for United Energy Trading, LLC, where he helped pioneer crude-by-rail marketing and logistics from the Bakken and Rockies regions. Prior to UET, Mr. Grossi worked as a petroleum engineer, designing and implementing drilling programs, production equipment and tank batteries, performing reservoir analyses, and managing waterflood projects. Mr. Grossi holds a bachelors degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Colorado.


Russ Shelton, Vice President, Transportation

Mr. Shelton has more than two decades years of transportation and operations experience, including 15 years in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Bridger, he served as Regional Operations Manager for the Rockies with Gazelle Transportation. He previously served as Operations Manager with Gibson Energy in the DJ Basin.


Mark Hetherington, Vice President, Business Development

Mark Hetherington possesses a blend of high-level executive and operational experience spanning more than thirty years in the oil and gas industry. He has worked for public and private energy companies in operations, logistics, engineering and marketing roles. He has successfully developed crude by rail terminals in the mid-continent and Bakken regions, working to maximize asset utilization and integrate them with regional logistics and marketing strategies. He most recently worked as Vice President of Business Development at Northstar Midstream in Houston, and prior to that as Director of Crude Oil Marketing at Marquis Energy. He previously held management and marketing roles at Fina Oil & Chemical Company, Methanex Corporation, and Jim Jordan & Associates. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.


Otis Randle, Vice President, Environmental Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Mr. Randle brings nearly 30 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, emergency response, and environmental clean-up to the Bridger organization. He principally oversees HSE concerns relating to the company's crude oil terminals, wastewater disposal terminals, rail, maritime, and pipeline business segments. Prior to joining Bridger, he served as Regional Manager of the Northwest Regional Office of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. He received his BS degree in Wildlife Conservation from Louisiana Tech University.
