Dan Giannini, President

With more than 10 years of marketing, trading and operations experience in the crude oil sector, Mr. Giannini has served in various capacities with Bridger Logistics for four years. Prior to joining Bridger, he was Director of Crude Oil Marketing at Concord Energy, LLC and managed crude oil acquisitions for Enserco Energy, Inc. Mr. Giannini received his bachelor’s in business and MBA from California State University.


Les Patterson, Senior Vice President, Pipelines and Terminals

Mr. Patterson brings with him more than 26 years of oil industry experience and a wealth of knowledge regarding its industry sectors, including terminal construction, operations management, business development, contract negotiations, business expansion, implementation of cost control measures and a strong background in safety with zero recordable incidents. He formerly served as Director of Operations and Construction at Bridger and previously held senior leadership positions at EMS, Starcon International, TEPSCO and C-Entry Constructors.


Guillermo Grossi, Vice President, Crude Oil Marketing

Mr. Grossi has engaged in crude oil and natural gas trading, marketing, and transportation logistics (with particular emphasis in crude-by-rail) for over 10 years. Prior to joining Bridger, Mr. Grossi served as Director of Crude Oil Marketing and Business Development for United Energy Trading, LLC, where he helped pioneer crude-by-rail out of North Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming. Mr. Grossi holds a Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering from The Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from The University of Colorado.


Russ Shelton, Vice President, Transportation

Mr. Shelton has more than 21 years of transportation and operations experience, including 15 years in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Bridger, he served as Regional Operations Manager for the Rockies with Gazelle Transportation. He previously served as Operations Manager with Gibson Energy in the DJ Basin.


Mark Hetherington, Vice President of Business Development - Rail

Mr. Hetherington brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and chemical industry in various logistics, managerial and commercial roles. He has a wide range of experience in rail, marine and terminal roles. He most recently served as VP Business Development Terminals for Northstar Midstream and Director Crude Oil Marketing for Marquis Energy. Mr. Hetherington received his bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and MBA from University of New Orleans.


Otis Randle, Vice President, Environmental Safety and Regulatory Compliance

Mr. Randle offers more than 26 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, emergency response, and environmental clean-up. Prior to joining Bridger, he served as Regional Manager of the Northwest Regional Office of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. He received his BS degree in Wildlife Conservation from Louisiana Tech University.


Michael Duffy, Vice President Origination

Mr. Duffy has more than 27 years of experience in the midstream sector primarily in marketing, asset development and optimization.  His experience includes various roles in, Business Development, Asset Management, Asset Optimization, Natural Gas Liquids Marketing, Management of Underground Salt Storage Facilities, Large Contract Negotiations, Marketing Manager over Natural Gas Processing and Fractionation Facilities, Distribution of Railroad and Transport activity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Crude Oil and Condensate Marketing.  Mr. Duffy has a BS Electrical Engineering and a MS Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
